NAGA CITY — After almost a year in development, including a further delay in reopening due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, Naga City’s Plaza Rizal will reopen on the date of the city’s 72nd Charter Anniversary on June 18, 2020.
Back in 2019, the city allocated around Php 9 million for the redevelopment of Plaza Rizal which commenced in the second half of that year.
The reopening of the plaza is one of the highlights of this year’s charter day celebrations.
