NAGA CITY — A magnitude 5.1 quake occured 15km East off the coast of Tinaga Island in Vinzons, Camarines Norte, an island known for Calaguas’ white sand beaches, around 9:46pm Tuesday night.
The quake was tectonic in origin with a depth of 1km as per PHIVOLCS initial information.
It was felt as far as Legazpi City in Albay.
