IRIGA CITY — In a Facebook post by the City Government of Iriga in Camarines Sur and on Mayor Madel Alfelor’s Facebook account, returning individuals without proper coordination with the Iriga City Health Office may face corresponding charges.

In order to enter Iriga City, returning residents or individuals must secure a Travel Pass from their point of origin, must undergo rapid testing or swab/PCR testing along with the corresponding days in quarantine.

Individuals must report and coordinate with the city’s health office in order to facilitate proper contact tracing if necessary.

Furthermore, out-of-line vans which pick up passengers returning to Iriga City shall be flagged down by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) and shall face charges of Php 200,000 plus impounding of the vehicles.
